Can I set up an account with you for our church?

How can I access my ebook?

A link to download your ebook will be included in your confirmation email. Click the link to download your ebook onto your desired device. For more information on how to install your ebook onto your device, see our guide. If you have any trouble, please do contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Where's my order?

You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed with an estimate time of arrival.

If you order before 3pm on a working day, your order will be dispatched on that same day. Please note that we currently don’t send emails to notify you about this dispatch (we want to avoid filling your inbox unnecessarily).

  • DPD orders should arrive with you the next-day after dispatch. If you've given us an email address or mobile number, DPD should contact you with their hour-slot.
  • 1st Class takes 1-2 working days to arrive.
  • 2nd Class letters and parcels take between 2-3 working days.

How do I return something?

If you find you don't need or want any of your items you've received, here's our returns policy to let you know how to get them back to us so you can get your money back and we can send them out to someone else!

Can I cancel an order?

If you contact us within an hour of placing you order, we can sometimes prevent dispatch.

Otherwise, you'll just need to return your order instead.

Please note that we cannot cancel or refund ebook orders. These electronic files are sent automatically via a confirmation email by our system immediately after purchase.

Can I amend an order?

While we can't add items to a transacted order (lots of banking reasons), if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we can sometimes dispatch two orders together, saving you postage. This will depend on a few factors often out of our control, but we'll do our best to help!

My address is incorrectly displaying "Alaska".

Certain customers have had the experience of Google Chrome autofilling their address with "Alaska" when storing an address in their browser. You can remedy this by asking Chrome to stop saving addresses:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right of the browser, click on the three vertically stacked dots, and then click on settings.
  3. In the menu on the left hand side, click on "Autofill and passwords".
  4. Select "Addresses and more", and untick the "Save and fill addresses" toggle.
