Returns and Replacements Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you prefer, we can arrange a DPD collection for you at a charge of £10 per box/parcel.

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit and include a Returns form. Damage occurring during return delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are typically processed within 2-3 days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation detailing the amount refunded.

If your order includes damaged or incorrect items, or if it was incomplete, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, whether in full or in part, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. You can simply send us an email with your order details and the reason for cancellation. Please note that if we are able to cancel your order before it has been processed by your bank, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply to the item(s).

Should your order be cancelled after it has already been shipped, it will be considered a Return rather than a Cancellation.
