Our friendly and knowledgable customer service team are available Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays & Tuesdays where we meet to pray between 2pm and 2.30pm). Our aim is to get all orders placed before 3pm on a normal working day dispatched on the same day. 

Outside these hours, customers are able to leave a message on our answerphone, and orders placed in this way will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. 

0333 numbers are charged at the local rate from landlines and mobiles. Our direct line is +44 (0)20 8942 0880, but please note that this may cost you more than the above 0333 number.

Can I send my ebook files to other people?

The ebook files are for your personal use only. The files cannot be forwarded and shared with others. If you wish to share the files with others, you can order them online, by selecting the quantity on the relevant field, when ordering. You would receive only one set of files, but you'd be authorised to forward them to the number of people you paid for. Details of our Permissions and Copyright can be found here.

Oops, I have put the wrong address or I have forgotten to add something

If you call us within an hour of placing your order, we can usually make any changes or additions that you need. During peak periods, this might not be possible, but it's always worth giving us a call and seeing what's possible.

How do I remove something from my basket?

If you click on view Basket on the right hand side of the selected product you will see a red cross. Click on the red cross and it will take it out of your basket

My discount code isn't working

If you have just received a Free Book Gift Voucher, with the Discount code "TGBCNEW" give this to one of your friends to introduce them to TGBC. Sadly, it will not work for your second order, as it is intended for new customers only! Remember you do get a 10% off your second order with the code "WELCOMETGBC" If you have a different discount code, check the expiry date, but if it is still not working, please contact the Customer Service team who will be delighted to help you.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do. You can email them or post them to your recipient.

Do your Christmas cards come with envelopes?

Yes they do. Six-packs of folded cards, as well as 25-packs and 50-packs of flat cards, come with plain white envelopes. For 100 and 500 packs, envelopes are available separately.

What is your refunds and returns policy?

Which payment options do you accept?

Payments by debit or credit card are our preferred methods, but regular customers will normally have the option to pay by invoice, dependent on the value of the order. If paying by cheque, please make them payable to The Good Book Company Ltd and post them, with corresponding invoice number if possible and our BACS details are also on our invoices.

What are your delivery times?

We have a range of delivery options. Please see our Delivery page for more details or contact us for any special requirements.

How can I access my ebook?

Download links will be included in an email alongside your confirmation email. By clicking on them you will then be able to download them onto your desired device. See our guide on how to install them on your device. If you have any trouble, please do contact us and we’ll help you access them.

I can't find this book on your website, can you get it for me?

If the book is still in print, then yes, we can probably source it for you. Price and delivery times vary wildly though, so your best bet is to contact us and ask the question. We’ll do our best to help you.

Where do I put my discount codes?

If you 'view basket', will see an option for ‘Discount Code’ on the right-hand side of the screen, just above the red ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Click or tap this and it will reveal a box where you can add your code.

How do subscriptions work?

Once you sign up to our Bible Reading Notes subscription you will be sent out a copy a couple of weeks before each quarter starts, so you will receive a total of 4 copies throughout the year.

How do I view and amend my contact details?

If you have set up an account with us, you can go to ‘my account’ and choose the My Profile option to update your personal profile or the My Details to update your email address or postal addresses.

What are your standard hours of operation?

Our opening times are 8.30am-4.30pm (excluding bank holidays). Note that on Tuesdays we meet to pray between 1400-1430, but you can leave a message on the answerphone. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message on our answerphone and your order will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

 

Visit us

Customers are welcome to collect pre-ordered goods from our distribution centre between the hours of 9.30am and 4pm. Unfortunately, as we do not have a facility for displaying our products, it is not possible to browse or purchase books in person. Please ensure you have placed your order and drop us an email/call in advance of your visit.
