Rebecca McLaughlin leads us through the gospels to the historicy, the ethical, the credible and the disirability of the events that occured on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and their ongoing effects on the world we live in today. Rebecca wears her academia lightly in order to persuade us that these events matter, bringing in asoects of her domestic life.
I would recommend his book to anyone - the Christian who wants to know about their Saviour and the inquirer who wants to know more about Jesus.

A short, straightforward book about the Easter events and their meaning. Would be good to give to anyone wondering "what's it all about." Moves from what are the facts to what it could mean for me.

This was such a great concise read. Perfect to give to anyone considering the claims of Easter. I was challenged and encouraged by the last chapter to rethink the way I think about the offer of eternity that Jesus gives to any who will take it.
