A seminar for anyone who is new to unpacking a Bible passage. Includes simple rules of thumb to help you begin, and an opportunity to practice some of the tools mentioned in Andrew Sach’s opening session. The main focus is on understanding the big idea in a passage, but this is linked with the importance of then teaching and applying that big idea appropriately.

This seminar develops on the opening session by adding extra tools and/or showing how to combine them, and an opportunity to practice doing this.
