The NIV is the world’s leading contemporary English Bible translation. It’s easy to understand yet rich with the detail of the original scriptures.
I ordered the little bible, but reside in South Africa. Unfortunetally due to unforseen problems with our postal service, I never received the little bible. I conveyed my concern to the company and and was refunfed without hesitation.
This very small bible was bought because I thought it would slip easily into a suitcase or backpack, i.e. for travel purposes. It does exactly that. I'm not a fan of zip covers but for travel purposes is probably best. I was already an NIV user, have no criticisms of that translation, simply wanted a bible that could travel with me when I go away. Please note the typeface is indeed 'tiny' as stated.
