There is no more thrilling part of the Bible than the book of Acts, and no better guide to it than Albert Mohler. This first volume takes in the ascension of Jesus, the coming of the Spirit, the birth of the church, the start of persecution, the conversion of Saul, and the divine call to world-wide evangelism.
If you want to be fuelled for Christian life and mission, you will want to read this book.
This Expository Guide takes you verse by verse through the text in an accessible and applied way. It is less academic than a traditional commentary and can be read cover-to-cover, used in personal devotions, used ...to lead small group studies, or used for sermon preparation.

I am enjoying reading through Acts, along with this commentary. It is easy to read, and clear in explaining the biblical text.

I have used this book to help structure a weekly study in Acts with our anglophone group in our church here in France. It does not pretend to be a commentary but is eminently readable and understandable and has proved a tremendous source for our group.

This is the 9th book in this series that I have purchased and read, and is - by far- the least informative of the entire series. The explanations are perfunctory and fairly obvious to even an elementary Biblical scholar, and the applications and questions are superficial and self-explanatory.
The answer section in the workbook is all that you need. Save your money for more substantive resources than this.
