UK Std delivery will be either by Royal Mail 2nd Class, or for the heavier packages, City Link. City Link's aim is to deliver the next day to 80% of all destinations within 250 miles of London. Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands can typically expect a 3-4 day working day delivery from despatch.
UK Priority delivery means it will be despatched by 1st class, or City Link and receive immediate response, not waiting in any queue of orders we may have. We will usually despatch priority orders the same day if received before 2pm.
UK Next Day delivery - if you need your package guaranteed to be delivered the next day, call us on 0333 123 0880 before 2pm and we will explain our range of premium delivery options..
Europe & World: Royal Mail handle our international mail. Their priority service (the only one we use) is 5-7 working day delivery for European cities, and 8-12 working day delivery for International cities. We despatch international mail twice a week, with all orders placed before Friday 12pm, being sent out that week.
