The Good Book Company has been in operation since 1991, striving to produce Bible study, training and evangelism resources which are faithful to God's inspired word. Our business is built as a Christian ministry, not as a commercial organisation, and it is our hope that we can be of help to you in the work of the Gospel.

We write and publish our own resources, and also distribute in the UK for Matthias Media of Sydney Australia. Our ministry is built on a creative partnership with Matthias Media with whom we have been associated since our start. We also promote and distribute a number of books published by other publishers from around the world.

One of our main aims is to defend and promote evangelical belief and ministry. We see our journal The Briefing (published in association with Matthias Media) as one of the chief ways we do this, and we'd love to have you on board as a subscriber. Through The Briefing, we want to stimulate you to keep trusting God's word, to use you mind to grapple with real-life issues, and to keep thinking radically about the way we bring the message of the Gospel to His people and to a needy and lost world. In 2000, we changed our name from St Matthias Press to The Good Book Company.
