helpful but dated
I tend to use the booklet to guide the talk rather than follow it line by line, and in this regard I find the structure and questions helpful. However, the artwork looks dated; if this aspect was updated I would rate it higher. ![]()
Solid 1 Peter studies for younger teens.
I have used these studies with many groups over many years and have found them really helpful. The artwork inside is now a bit dated, but that doesn't stop them getting to the heart of 1 Peter and applying that teaching to lives of younger teenagers. It is probably the best of the 5 books in the 'Growing Young Disciples' series, mainly because it does not jump all over the Bible for the questions - my main gripe with the other books. Tim has decades worth of experience and it really shows. ![]()
