Simply Christianity - Student Manual
Description
John Dickson writes, 'I for one grew up supposing that the few bits and pieces I'd accidentally picked up at school, through friends and in the media were enough to arrive at the opinion that Christianity was nice for other people. I decided this without once having gone inside a church or read anything of the Bible, let alone attended a course such as this one.'
This course is written on the belief that it is just possible, based on this author's
experience at least, that the version of Christianity some of us have accepted, rejected or avoided, is not the 'real thing' after all, but an imperfect substitute. The goal of this course, then, is to provide you with a clear, albeit brief, explanation of 'real or normal' Christianity.

Good evangelistic bible study material for men
An excellent evangelistic bible study course. Although it is challenge to cover Luke in 5 sessions, helpful short cuts in the reading are offered and the notes guide one to key lessons. Helpful leaders' notes in a separate book are provided as well for busy leaders. Perhaps even too strong on arguing the historical evidence for Christ for some and it is a little too culturally Australian for UK groups but, all in all, believer and non believers enjoyed it enough to want to continue with a follow up study. ![]()
Very good for small groups.
(Review written for 'Simply Christianity - Leader's Manual')
I have used the simply christianity material many times. It is very easy to use and group members found it useful and informative. This course helped them have more understanding and helped most come to faith. ![]()
