So Many Questions... DVD
Description
- How do I know God exists in the first place?
- Did Jesus really come back from dead?
- Hasn't science disproved Christianity?
- You can't trust what the Bible says - it's been changed too much over the years!
- No-one can claim to have 'the truth' - everyone's opinion is valid.
- Wasn't Jesus just another great religious teacher?
- Discussing religion just divides people and causes problems!
- If the Bible is so clear, why can't Christians agree on what it says?
- Why is the Bible anti-gay?
- If God is good, why is there so much suffering in the world?
- Can't we just be good enough to please God?
- Christians are just a bunch of hypocrites!
- Do you have to go to church to be a Christian?
The DVD presentation of So Many Questions is most effective when used in a home Bible study group or small group setting with the accomanying work book.
In a series of short, 20-minute sessions, So Many Questions will take you through 13 commonly-asked questions with 'expert' answers from (among others) John Chapman, Kirsten Burkett and Kel Richards.
It is useful as a tool to learn 'what to say' in any given situation where one or more of these questions are raised. The relaxed atmosphere of the presentation is also a tremendous encouragement for any Christian who has always wanted to ask that question, but never could.

Excellent Resource
(Review written for 'So Many Questions - Starter Pack')
I bought this pack to help us as we ran an apologetics series at my church to try and help the congregation not shy away from answering the difficult questions they are asked about their faith. The booklet is a great place to write down summary points for reference in the future and the teaching in the video is great as it gives perhaps 4 big take aways that can be used to give an account for the hope that we have.
It is by no means a full proof apologetics course but as for equipping members of the congregation for personal evangelism I have not found anything better. I looked at the material in conjunction with reading What Kind Of God by Michael Ots, the two work together well. ![]()
