Customer Reviews
1988 to 2009
This is an excellent resource, and has enabled me to free up some valuable shelf space, by recycling the paper versions. I don't think it mentions anywhere in the blurb or packaging, but the CD covers the period from issue 1 to issue 364 - which is 1988 to January 2009. You will have to keep your paper versions from 2009 onward until a new edition of the CD comes out. ![]()
Reclaim your shelves without losing your valued articles
You've been taking The Briefing for years and have several box-files of back copies. Now where was that article on justification by faith, or the one by Tony Payne on (...), or the "lead balloon" (remember them?) about church planting, or ...?
This product puts them all at your fingertips, and you can search by a variety of criteria for an article you remember seeing but can't remember in detail including where to find it, etc. If, like me, you started part way through the series, here are all the back copies you missed, and the missing ones from your collection that you loaned to someone but can't remember who it was, or whatever.
So you have 21 years of superb input on a wide range of subjects around evangelical concerns. Just like the publication itself, it will be indispensable to anyone who values The Briefing as a resource, encouragement or inspiration for their Christian life and ministry.
And along with that you get a significant part of your shelving back for other valuable resources. What could be better? I'm looking forward to the next installment -- hope we don't have to wait another 21 years for that! ![]()
