A good book to teach the under 5's about the Bible
(Review written for 'Click Unit 6: 3-5s Child's Component')
This book - and other's in the series - are an excellent resource for teaching what's in the Bible to young children. The stories are broken down into simple language and the activities are relevant and well thought out. ![]()
Very good
(Review written for 'Click Unit 6: 3-5s Leader's PACK (Manual + Posters + Child's Component)')
This is the fourth unit we've worked through with the children. The reason we come back is that you don't just teach the children "stories" from the Bible but cover great themes in the Bible. Teaching the children about the Holy Spirit and the growth of the early church is great. We've previously taught them about the creation, prayer and the life of Jesus and there's a great feeling that we're building on what we have taught them before.
