Who will be King?
|

Who will be king is a really useful little booklet that explains the whole message of the Bible in a clear, simple and faithful way, which children can easily understand. It's a great booklet to go through with children to help explain the good news about Jesus.

This book reveals the truths of the Christian faith in a way which children can easily understand. Furthermore it equips them to share the gospel with their friends. Each page is a different aspect of the gospel, and is very colourful and has scriptures to back it up. This is very suitable for a series of 6/7 weeks in which the children learn a different theme each week.

Really simple, but still captures the incredible message! A great base for teaching and talks of all kinds - my 7-9-year-olds loved the pictures. Easy to carry and distribute, an excellent way to introduce people to the real Christian message, or to break it down for those who already have an idea about it.

We used this booklet at a recent Bible Week, giving a copy to every child from age 5 to 11 years. It was a great tool for group leaders to take their groups of children through and to explore what it means to be a Christian. Its progression in pictures as well as words gave us an opportunity to share the basics of what it means to be a Christian with even the most resistant child. On a personal note it has also proved effective in exploring what it means to be a Christian with my five year old.

Based on the 'adult' version 'Two Ways to Live' this visual representation of the Gospel, necessarily enhanced by short paragrpahs of explanation on the facing pages is a must for children's ministry.
Our church used these for a recent visit of Belarussian children affected by the Chernobyl disaster and the simple pictures really helped us to cross the language barrier and explain the Gospel to these needy children. Our own children also loved them and even a 3 yr old could grasp most of what was being said and represented.
If I have any criticism, it's the size- not that easy to put a pile in your pocket!

Great colourfull presentation that grabbed the childrens attention, though still pitched at a level too high for under 10's maybe a few more pictures and a few less words might help. By far the best available booklet I have found for children.

Who will be King is an excellent hand out. It is colourful and vibrant with accurate bite sized chunks of user-friendly text without this kind of jargon. Each page has a summary line at the base, which many young people read as the only part first time round which is just fine as it give the whole story. The message given is urgent, vital, and relevant for all young people Churched and UnChurched and they enjoy reading it.
Even better it doesn’t leave one hanging after praying the believers prayer but goes on to provide suggestions on what to do and where to go next.
I would heartily recommend these be used in for all age groups upto 11.

This is one fo the best booklets i've seen for a short precise Gospel presentation for children of all ages. Its good and colourful to keep their attention and its not too complicated! Very good for helping them understand the Gospel, worth every penny!

This is a far more attractive presentation of 'Two ways to live' than the other booklets available. It's particularly aimed at kids, but I'd be tempted to use it for anyone - only the first page is particularly orientated towards a young person. It's visually interesting, with a clear gospel presentation with Bible verses to back this up on the last few pages. A big yes giving to young people, and use it with adults by adding that it was originally designed for young people but otherwise it's very clear and helpful

Kids version of two ways to live.
attractive. pitched at kids.
faithful but accessible.
good!

An excellent resource for use with individuals or a large group. We used this at both the Christian Union at school and to give to kids at a camp we helped out on in the summer. They explain the Gospel clearly and show you what to do next if you want to make a decision. And they're great value for money too!
