Many Christians find it difficult to regularly read the Bible. It can be quite a task to find one's way around such a large, diverse and ancient collection of writings. Some of the books in the Bible are historical, some are poetic, some are prophetic, some take the form of letters. The big question is - how does it all fit together?

The best way to find the answer is to adopt a pattern of daily Bible study and prayer. Not only does this give the reader more knowledge of the Bible, but more importantly it offers a chance to listen and hear God speaking personally to them through His strongest medium - The Word.

Explore gives you the opportunity to delve into areas of the Bible that have perhaps eluded you for years: the laws of Leviticus; the wisdom of Proverbs; the meaninglessness of Ecclesiastes; the pain and suffering of Job; the terrifying apocalyptic imagery of Revelation. Explore shows how the Old and New Testaments are linked and how God's promises of salvation for his people are fulfilled in Jesus Christ. It also challenges the reader every day to be more like Him.

Good and well-presented notes
Review by Neil Harper | 07.01.2008

Clear, concise notes which help you get to the heart of the message of the text and apply it to your life. Easy to fit into a busy schedule but also with scope for deeper study and reflection.

Excellent, thought provoking bible study notes

The sample issue has been passed on to someone in our church - I happily recommend them in terms of readability, good depth, and the fact that the passages are set in their relevant context!

Very helpful study notes
Review by Anonymous | 18.09.2007

I found the notes a clear guide to the passage being studied and the pray through and other notes helpful as well.

I would be happy to recomend these both to younger Christians and those who have been on the road for some time.

Helpful programme and guide for daily Bible readings
Review by Jill Wright | 16.04.2007

The sample copy was for 'Explore' Autumn 2006.

I have tried various other notes which seem a bit stale and was looking for something a bit different. I got a very positive feel from the layout and approach of Explore.

The length of readings was about right and the comments helpful. I found the guide to further exploration especially helpful and would have liked more.

The 'Bible in a Year' is too ambitious - I would have liked a guide over a longer period (e.g. 3 years).

As a result of receiving the sample I have now bought the current issue from my local Christian bookshop and am finding it stimulating. I will continue with 'Explore'for the forseeable future.

Thankyou.
