Christmas Number One
Review by Pete Gowers | 03.03.2008

This proved to be an excellent litle tract set at the right level for those outside the church and those seeking. It is good that it suggests checking the '2 ways to live' website, which is also a great resource

Clear, concise and challenging
Review by Douglas Horne | 17.01.2008

This little tract is is clear and concise in its presentation of the gospel. The uniqueness and supremacy of Christ as Lord and Saviour and the absolute necessity of a personal response of faith to who He is and all He accomplished for sinful humanity through His incarnate life, atoning death on the cross and His glorious resurrection, is declared in a very direct and challenging manner. It is a very useful evangelistic tool.

nice size, but a bit wordy.

The Christmas No 1 leaflet was a handy size which I thought was good, but I did feel that it was a bit lengthy, and thought that maybe the reader would "switch off" before it was completely read

Solid gospel message but perhaps a little too wordy
Review by Tony Jopson | 24.12.2007

These days the "Christmas number 1" is often someone from the X factor show rather than golden oldies - the tract might be more relavant if it referred to this.

Although there are a lot of words in the tract I am not sure how the message could be condensed without losing something - there is a good quote from Colossians and constant references to making jesus "number 1" - there is nothing, however, on what happens if the reader chooses not to accept the gospel and is not brought back to God - what happens if the reader chooses not to find this peace with God?

Also if the invitation is accepted then encouragement to find a local church and obtain further materials could be stronger.
